Entry Requirements


Description
A Candidate for the Diploma in Valuation must have obtained at least five (5) subjects with Grades I or II prior to 1998 or I-III from 1998 at the CSEC (General Proficiency Examinations) or GCE 'O' Levels Grades A-C. Subjects must include English Language and Mathematics.
A Diploma in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
A Government Technical Institute (GTI) Diploma in Land Surveying and two (2) Years credible work experience.
Sworn Land Surveyor's Certificate
Mature applicants (21 Years and over) who do not possess the qualifications but have credible work experience in the field, plus a 'Pass' at the University of Guyana Entrance Examination (UGEE), will be considered for admission.
Any other qualifications deemed acceptable by the University plus a Portfolio.
A Certificate in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
Applicants who do not meet any of the above-stated entry requirements but possess a minimum of five (5) years of professional and practical experience working in a relevant institution, plus a Portfolio.
