The Records and Data Management Division ensures that there is a reliable and efficient records and data management system for both students and staff.

Our Services

Managing Records

We create and update students and staff records.

Retrieval

We are responsible for the retrieval students and staff records upon request (both manually and electronically as required)

Data Generation

Preparation of electronic academic data for each student for use by Faculties

Storage

We are responsible for the receipt and storage of official documents making up students and staff records of the University.

Reporting

We are responsible for the production of various reports as requested by the various offices on Campus

Maintenance

We are responsible for the opening and maintaining students and staff file folders
