Transcript Application Form

To apply for a transcript, do the following:

1. Go to turkeyenonline.uog.edu.gy
2. Click on Alumni
3. Create an application by clicking on the link "Start Application for transcript"
4. Complete the application. Make sure you include all relevant information
5. Compute the cost of the transcript
6. Submit your completed application and make payment to the address listed below
